1998 Dodge Caravan has an in-tank fuel pump. The access port for the fuel pump is located under the rear passenger seat.

* Remove the rear seat cushion.

* Underneath the rear seat cushion is a metal cover with four screws.

* Remove the four screws and lift off the metal cover.

* The fuel pump access port is located inside the metal cover.
