To remove the hydraulic clutch cable from the transmission on a 1993 Ford Ranger with a 5-speed transmission, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.

2. Engage the parking brake.

3. Open the hood and locate the clutch master cylinder. It is usually located near the top of the engine bay, on the driver's side.

4. Disconnect the hydraulic clutch line from the master cylinder by pressing down on the release clip and pulling the line away.

5. Locate the slave cylinder on the transmission. It is usually located on the bottom of the transmission, near the clutch fork.

6. Disconnect the hydraulic clutch line from the slave cylinder by pressing down on the release clip and pulling the line away.

7. Unscrew the two bolts that attach the slave cylinder to the transmission.

8. Remove the slave cylinder from the transmission.
