The 2003 Hyundai Sonata does have spark plugs. There are four spark plugs in the 2.7-liter V6 engine and two spark plugs in the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The spark plugs are located on the top of the engine, and they can be accessed by removing the valve cover.
