1. Locate the key fob release button on the side of the fob. It is usually a small, round button.
2. Press the key fob release button and pull the metal key out of the fob.
3. Use a small flathead screwdriver or other tool to pry open the back cover of the fob.
4. Once the back cover is removed, you will see the battery. It is usually a small, round, silver battery.
5. Use your fingernail or a small tool to pry the battery out of its holder.
6. Insert the new battery into the holder, making sure that the positive (+) side of the battery is facing up.
7. Snap the back cover back onto the fob.
8. Insert the metal key back into the fob.
Your key fob is now ready to use.
