When changing the spark plugs on a 2003 GMC Envoy XLT do wires just pull off plug as most or is there secret that you need to know in order remove wires?

The spark plug wires on a 2003 GMC Envoy XLT are a "push-in" type. To remove them, you need to use a spark plug wire removal tool. This tool is available at most auto parts stores.

To use the tool, simply insert it into the end of the spark plug wire and pull. The wire should then come off of the spark plug.

Be careful not to damage the spark plug wires when removing them. If you do, you will need to replace them.
