1. Press the small button on the side of the key fob to release the key blade.
2. Pull out the key blade and set it aside.
3. Use a small flat-head screwdriver or your fingernail to pry open the back cover of the key fob.
4. Be careful not to break the small plastic tabs that hold the back cover in place.
5. Once the back cover is open, you will see the battery.
6. Use your fingernail or a small flat-head screwdriver to pry the battery out of its compartment.
7. Be careful not to damage the battery or the key fob.
8. Insert the new battery into the compartment, making sure that the positive (+) side of the battery is facing up.
9. Replace the back cover of the key fob and press it down until it snaps shut.
10. Test the key fob to make sure that it is working properly.

- Make sure that you purchase the correct battery.
- The battery type is typically CR-2025 or CR-2032.
- It is a good idea to keep a spare battery on hand in case the battery in your key fob dies.
