- New battery (specifications: 12V, 65Ah, Group 78, BCI Group 94R)
- Battery terminal brush or cleaner
- 10 mm socket wrench or box-end wrench

2. Open the Hood:
- Locate the hood release lever typically inside the driver's footwell.
- Pull the release lever to open the hood.
- Locate and unlatch any secondary hood latches, if applicable.
3. Locate the Battery:
- The battery is typically positioned in the front of the engine bay, near the passenger side.

4. Disconnect the Negative Terminal:

10. Reconnect the Positive Terminal:

- Position the negative cable onto the battery terminal and tighten the nut securely with the wrench.
12. Test the Battery Connection:
- Verify that both terminals are firmly secured.

13. Close the Hood:
- After testing the connection, close the hood of your Buick Rendezvous and secure it properly.
