1. Open the trunk.
2. Remove the two screws that hold the tail light assembly in place.
3. Pull the tail light assembly straight out of the car.
4. Twist the bulb counterclockwise to remove it.
5. Insert the new bulb and twist it clockwise to secure it.
6. Reinstall the tail light assembly and the two screws.
No panels need to be removed to change the brake light bulb on a 1991 Accord Wagon.
