There are two IMA (Integrated Motor Assist) batteries in a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. One is located under the rear seat, and the other is located in the trunk, on the driver's side. The battery under the rear seat is the main IMA battery, and the one in the trunk is the auxiliary IMA battery.
