1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of your vehicle.
3. Locate the power steering fluid reservoir. It is usually a clear or translucent plastic container with a black cap. It is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the firewall.
4. Check the fluid level in the reservoir. The fluid should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the reservoir.
5. If the fluid level is low, add power steering fluid to the reservoir until it reaches the "MAX" mark. Use only power steering fluid that is recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
6. Close the hood of your vehicle.
