1. Open the hood of the vehicle.
2. Locate the battery, which is in the trunk on the passenger side.
3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal (black cable) using a wrench.
4. Disconnect the positive battery terminal (red cable) using a wrench.
5. Remove the battery hold-down clamp using a wrench.
6. Lift the battery out of the vehicle.
To reinstall the battery, follow these steps in reverse order:
1. Place the battery in the vehicle.
2. Secure the battery with the hold-down clamp.
3. Connect the positive battery terminal (red cable).
4. Connect the negative battery terminal (black cable).
5. Close the hood of the vehicle.
