1. Open the glove box.
2. Remove the two screws that hold the glove box in place.
3. Pull the glove box out of the dash.
4. Locate the heater resistor. It is a black or gray box with a few wires connected to it.
5. Disconnect the wires from the heater resistor.
6. Remove the heater resistor from the dash.
To install a new heater resistor, simply follow these steps in reverse order.
