1. Gather the necessary tools. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, and a pair of pliers.
2. Remove the door panel. To do this, insert the flathead screwdriver into the slot at the bottom of the door panel and pry it up. Once the clip is released, use your fingers to pull the panel off.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors. There are two electrical connectors that need to be disconnected. One is for the window switch, and the other is for the mirror switch. Use the pliers to squeeze the tabs on the connectors and pull them apart.
4. Remove the old switch. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the switch in place. Then, use your fingers to pull the switch out of its housing.
5. Install the new switch. Insert the new switch into its housing and secure it with the two screws.
6. Reconnect the electrical connectors. Plug the connectors back into their corresponding sockets.
7. Test the switch. Turn on the ignition and test the window and mirror switches to make sure they are working properly.
8. Replace the door panel. Insert the door panel into its place and press down on it until it snaps into place.
