Circuit Breaker: Some Mercedes vehicles have a circuit breaker that can trip if the power windows are overloaded or used excessively. The circuit breaker is usually located in the engine compartment. If it has tripped, reset it and see if the windows work.
Window Switch: The window switches themselves could be the cause of the problem. Try testing the switches with a voltmeter to see if they are getting power. If they are not, the switches may be faulty and need to be replaced.
Window Regulator: The window regulators are the mechanisms that actually move the windows up and down. If the regulators are damaged or faulty, they will not be able to power the windows. Inspect the regulators for any signs of damage or wear and replace them if necessary.
Wiring: Check the wiring related to the power windows for any loose, broken, or corroded connections. If you find any bad wiring, repair or replace it and see if the windows work again.
