1. Park another car with a good battery close to the BMW 735i. Make sure the two cars are not touching.
2. Turn off the engines of both cars.
3. Open the hoods of both cars.
4. Locate the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on both batteries. The positive terminal is usually marked with a "+" symbol, and the negative terminal is usually marked with a "-" symbol.
5. Connect one end of the jumper cables to the positive (+) terminal of the good battery.
6. Connect the other end of the same jumper cable to the positive (+) terminal of the BMW 735i.
7. Connect one end of the other jumper cable to the negative (-) terminal of the good battery.
8. Connect the other end of the other jumper cable to an unpainted metal surface on the BMW 735i, away from the battery. Do not connect the negative jumper cable to the negative terminal of the BMW 735i battery, as this could cause damage to the car.
9. Start the engine of the car with the good battery. Let it run for a few minutes.
10. Try to start the engine of the BMW 735i. If the engine starts, let it run for a few minutes before disconnecting the jumper cables.
11. Disconnect the jumper cables in the reverse order of how you connected them.
12. Close the hoods of both cars.
If you are unable to jump-start the BMW 735i, you may need to have the battery replaced or charged.
