The main fuse box for the 2000 Audi A6 is located in the engine compartment, on the passenger side near the firewall. It is a black plastic box with a red cover that has a diagram of the fuse locations on the inside.
Fuse Box 2: Inside the Car
There is a second fuse box located inside the car, on the driver's side of the dashboard, behind the glove box. This fuse box contains fuses for the interior lights, power windows, and other accessories.
To access the fuse box inside the car:
1. Open the glove box.
2. On the left side of the glove box, you will see a small black plastic cover with a release button.
3. Press the release button and remove the cover.
4. Behind the cover, you will see the fuse box.
