- Replacement fan belt
- Combination wrench or ratchet and socket set
- Flat-head screwdriver or pry bar

Step 2: Prepare your car.
- Park your car on a level surface and turn off the engine.
- Allow the engine to cool down completely.
- Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels.
- Pop the hood and locate the fan belt.
Step 3: Remove the fan belt.

- Pry the tensioner pulley away from the fan belt and insert the bolt.
- Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt until the fan belt is snug.
Step 5: Test the fan belt.
- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
- Listen for any unusual noises or vibrations.
- Check the fan belt to ensure that it is properly aligned and tensioned.
Step 6: Replace the hood.
- Close the hood and secure the latch.
