According to the Suzuki Katana 1100 Owner's Manual, the proper amount of fork oil to use in one (1) fork tube during an oil change is 443 cc (15.1 fl. oz)
If you are just performing a fluid top-off, only add enough to bring the oil level in both fork tubes to the top edge of the fork tube.
