What could cause no compression on a 87 cbr1000f in all cylinders at the same time?

- Bad head. Head has warped or cracked, this can cause loss of compression.

- Valve or valves stuck open. This could be due to carbon build-up, bent valve, and/or rocker malfunction.

- Damaged camchain tensioner. If this fails it can cause the crankshaft to jump time and valves get out of sync with pistons resulting in no compression.

- Broken timing belt/chain. This would immediately put the engine out of time resulting in no compression.
