1. Park the motorcycle on level ground and let the engine run for a few minutes to warm up the oil.
2. Turn off the engine and wait a few minutes for the oil to settle back into the transmission.
3. Locate the transmission oil level plug on the left side of the motorcycle, near the bottom of the transmission case.
4. Remove the oil level plug using a 17mm wrench.
5. The oil should be at the level of the bottom of the oil level plug hole. If the oil is low, add enough Honda GN4 or equivalent 10W-40 motorcycle oil to bring the level to the bottom of the hole.
6. Replace the oil level plug and tighten it securely.
