How do you remove the flywheel on Yamaha 660 raptor when wood-ruff key is sheared and engine locked up?

To remove the flywheel on a Yamaha 660 Raptor when the woodruff key is sheared and the engine is locked up, you will need the following tools:

- 1/2-inch breaker bar

- 3/8-inch drive ratchet

- 10mm socket

- 12mm allen wrench

Instructions:

1. Remove the spark plug wire and the spark plug.

2. Insert the 12mm allen wrench into the flywheel.

3. Use the 3/8-inch drive ratchet to turn the flywheel clockwise until the piston is at top dead center (TDC).

4. Loosen the 10mm bolts holding the flywheel in place.

5. Use the 1/2-inch breaker bar to pry the flywheel off of the crankshaft.

Once the flywheel is removed, you can replace the woodruff key and reassemble the engine.
