Why my Yamaha Blaster have no spark?

1. Spark Plug

- Remove the spark plug and check its condition. If the spark plug is fouled or damaged, replace it.

- Check the spark plug gap. The correct gap for a Yamaha Blaster is between 0.024 and 0.028 inches.

2. Spark Plug Wire

- Disconnect the spark plug wire from the spark plug. Hold the wire near the engine and turn the key to the "on" position. If there is no spark, replace the spark plug wire.

3. Ignition Coil

- Locate the ignition coil. It is located under the seat, near the front of the engine. Disconnect the two wires from the ignition coil. Hold the wires near the engine and turn the key to the "on" position. If there is no spark, replace the ignition coil.

4. CDI Box

- Locate the CDI box. It is located under the seat, near the rear of the engine. Disconnect the wires from the CDI box. Test the CDI box by connecting a test light between the positive and negative terminals. If the light does not come on, replace the CDI box.

5. Kill Switch

- Check the kill switch. make sure the kill switch is in the "on" position.

6. Engine Ground

- Check engine ground connections to check continuity between a clean ground point on the engine casing and battery's negative terminal on battery.
