The fuel pump access panel on a 2002 Chevrolet Blazer is located
underneath the vehicle, in the
rear passenger-side (right side) of the fuel tank. You'll need to get under the Blazer to access it. There's usually a circular or rectangular access panel that's held in place by bolts or clips. It might be covered by a plastic cover or some underbody protection.
Important Note: Before attempting to access the fuel pump, disconnect the negative terminal of your vehicle's battery to avoid any electrical hazards.
