Where is the fuel pressure regulator located on a 1983 trans am?

On a 1983 Pontiac Trans Am (assuming a fuel-injected model, as carbureted models don't have a fuel pressure regulator in the same sense), the fuel pressure regulator is typically integrated into the fuel rail. It's not a separate component like in some other vehicles. You'll find the fuel rail on the top of the intake manifold, and the regulator is part of that assembly.
