Where is the ignition module for 1996 Chevy Blazer?

The ignition module location on a 1996 Chevy Blazer depends on the engine. There isn't a single location.

* For vehicles with a Distributor (most likely if it's a 4.3L V6 or older engine): The ignition module is integrated *inside* the distributor. You won't find a separate module. The entire distributor is the ignition system.

* For vehicles with a coil-near-plug (CNP) ignition system (less likely but possible, more common on later models or specific higher-output engines): With this system, each cylinder (or a pair) has its own ignition coil. There is no separate ignition module. The control is handled by the PCM (Powertrain Control Module).

In short: Unless you have a very unusual setup, you won't find a separate ignition module. If you need to replace an ignition component, it's either the distributor (as a whole) or individual ignition coils.
