Are Ford Explorer xlt v6 or v8?

The Ford Explorer XLT has been offered with both V6 and V8 engines in the past, depending on the model year. However, currently (as of late 2023), the Ford Explorer XLT only comes with a V6 engine. There is no V8 option.
