You'll need to carefully inspect the front of the engine bay. Look for a weatherproof electrical plug that's the correct size and type for a block heater cord (it will likely be a heavy-duty, possibly even a different shape than a typical automotive connector). The cord might also run through some sort of grommet or hole in the firewall.
If you can't locate it visually, consult your owner's manual. It should show the location of the block heater cord receptacle. A shop manual could also be helpful.
