On a 2000 Chrysler Concorde LXi with the 3.2L engine, the water pump is located on the front of the engine, driven by the serpentine belt. It's generally at the bottom of the engine, near the timing cover. You'll need to look closely at the front of the engine block, slightly below the crankshaft pulley, to locate it.
