Where is the starter on a 1990 6 cylinder Chrysler LeBaron?

The starter on a 1990 Chrysler LeBaron 6-cylinder is located on the passenger side (right side) of the engine, generally towards the bottom. Because of the engine's position in the bay, you'll likely need to be looking up at the bottom of the engine from underneath the car to get a clear view of it. Access is usually easier from underneath.
