Where is the location of a crankshaft in 2000 350 ford diesel?

The crankshaft in a 2000 Ford 350 diesel (presumably referring to a Power Stroke 7.3L) is located inside the engine block, at the very bottom. It's the main rotating part of the engine, converting the reciprocating motion of the pistons into rotational motion to power the vehicle. You can't see it without disassembling the engine.
