There isn't a readily accessible radiator drain valve on most 1994 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L engine vehicles. Instead, you typically drain the coolant from the lower radiator hose. Locate the lower radiator hose where it connects to the radiator, and place a drain pan underneath. Carefully loosen the hose clamp, remove the hose, and let the coolant drain completely.
Important Note: Always let the engine cool completely before attempting this. Hot coolant can cause severe burns.
