How do start a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser when you run out of gas?

You can't start a 2007 (or any) Chrysler PT Cruiser, or any car for that matter, if you've completely run out of gas. The fuel pump needs fuel to operate. You need to add gasoline to the tank before you can restart it.
