Where is the fuel filter located on a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo?

On a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, the fuel filter is located in the fuel tank. This means it's not a serviceable filter that you can easily replace yourself like on some other vehicles. To replace the fuel filter, the entire fuel pump assembly must be removed from the tank.
