Where is the ignition module on a 1994 3.3L Pontiac Grand Prix?

On a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix with the 3.3L engine, the ignition module is integrated into the distributor. There isn't a separate ignition module like in some other vehicles. The distributor itself houses the ignition control circuitry.
