The 2019-present Ford Ranger 2.3L engine doesn't have a separate ignition module in the traditional sense like older vehicles. The ignition control is integrated into the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), also known as the Engine Control Module (ECM). it's not easily accessible and should only be handled by a qualified mechanic.
