Where is the crank shaft sensor on 99 dodge cummins?

On a 1999 Dodge Cummins (typically a 5.9L 12-valve), the crankshaft position sensor (CKP sensor) is located on the passenger side of the engine block, near the front of the engine, and below the harmonic balancer. You'll need to get under the truck to see it clearly. It's a relatively small sensor with a single wire connector.
