Will a 351 modified flywheel fit on 302 engine?

No, a 351W (Windsor) flywheel will generally not fit a 302 (Windsor) engine. While both are Ford Windsor small-block engines, the crankshaft flange bolt pattern and possibly the diameter are different. Trying to force a fit would likely result in damage. You'll need a flywheel specifically designed for a 302.
