Where is ignition coil c on a 1998 Lincoln Navigator?

The 1998 Lincoln Navigator's ignition coils are integrated into the distributor. There isn't a separate "coil C". Instead, there's a single distributor with the ignition coil inside, firing the spark plugs sequentially. You won't find individual coils labeled A, B, or C.
