Where is the fuel shut off switch for a ford freestar?

The Ford Freestar doesn't have a readily accessible fuel shut-off switch like some other vehicles. There's no easily located switch under the hood or in the passenger compartment. The only way to stop fuel flow is by disconnecting the fuel pump's electrical connection or cutting the fuel line (which is not recommended unless in a dire emergency and you know what you're doing).
