To find the correct fuse(s), you must consult your owner's manual. The manual will have a fuse box diagram showing the fuse locations and what each protects. Look for fuses related to the "cooling fan," "radiator fan," or the "engine cooling" system. There may also be a relay involved.
Do not simply start pulling fuses to try and find the culprit. This can cause damage to your vehicle's electrical system. Use the diagram in your owner's manual to correctly identify the appropriate fuses and their locations.
