- Do not turn the engine during the next steps or the pushrods may fall into the oil pan.
- Replace one rocker arm at a time.
- Install a new rocker arm gasket with a dab of sealer to hold it in place.
- Place the new rocker arm on the stud and apply a thread sealant to the threads
- Start the nut and tighten it evenly.
- Tighten the nut until the valve lash is correct.
- Recheck the torque with a torque wrench to make sure it is set to 30-35 lb-ft (41-47 Nm)
