How to route 2000 Bonneville supercharger belt?

Routing the belt on a 2000 Bonneville supercharger is a simple task that can be completed in a matter of minutes. Here are the steps involved:

1. Remove the old belt by loosening the tensioner pulley and slipping the belt off of the pulleys.

2. Install the new belt by looping it over the crankshaft pulley, water pump pulley, tensioner pulley, and supercharger pulley.

3. Adjust the tensioner pulley to achieve the proper tension. The belt should be snug, but not too tight.

4. Start the engine and check for proper belt alignment. The belt should run straight and true, without any slipping or rubbing.

If you are not comfortable performing this task yourself, you can take your car to a qualified mechanic to have the belt routed for you.
