1. Open the hood of your Ciera.
2. Locate the fuse block. It is usually a black plastic box with a red cover.
3. Remove the cover of the fuse block.
4. Locate the relay fuse. It is usually labeled "RELAY" or "R."
5. Check the fuse to see if it is blown. A blown fuse will have a melted or broken filament.
6. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one of the same amperage.
7. Replace the cover of the fuse block.
8. Close the hood of your Ciera.
