1) Park vehicle on level ground engaging parking brake.
2) Lossen lug nuts on the wheel, but do not remove them.
3) Raise the vehicle using proper floor jack on frame close to the wheel
4) Remove the lug nuts and wheel.
5) Unscrew cap holding dust cover on back of brake hub.
6) Remove cotter pin from brake shoe anchor pin in slot on brake backing plate. Pull pin out and remove brake shoe return spring.
7) Remove the bolts holding the brake backing plate to the steering knuckle
8) Support the backing plate with some sort of hook and rotate the brake assembly down and away from the inside of the vehicle to expose brake drum.
9) Remove the bearing nut and dust seal with appropriate wrench.
10) The drum should now be loose and removed from the vehicle
