Where is the starter located on a Nissan 5.6 liter engine?

The starter in a Nissan 5.6-liter engine is located on the front of the engine. It is bolted to the lower passenger side of the engine block, near the oil filter. To access the starter, you will need to remove the air cleaner and battery. You may also need to remove the radiator hose and fan shroud to gain full access to the starter.
