*1. Locate the alarm control module.*
- It is usually black and located under the driver's seat to the left of the gas pedal.
*2. Disconnect the battery.*
- This will prevent the alarm from sounding while you work.
*3. Remove the alarm control module.*
- There are two screws that hold it in place.
*4. Cut the red wire.*
- This is the wire that powers the horn.
*5. Cut the black wire.*
- This is the ground wire for the horn.
*6. Splice the red and black wires together.*
- This will disable the horn.
*7. Reconnect the battery.*
*8. Test the alarm.*
- The horn should no longer sound when the alarm is triggered.
