* New exhaust pipe (matching the size and shape of your old one)
* Exhaust clamps (2-3)
* Wrench set

* Gloves

* Jack stands
2. Prepare your car.
* Park your car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
* If your exhaust pipe is located under the car, you may need to jack up your car and support it on jack stands.
3. Locate the old exhaust pipe.
* The exhaust pipe is usually located under the car, running from the engine to the rear of the car.
4. Cut the exhaust pipe.
* Use a hacksaw to cut the old exhaust pipe in two pieces.
5. Disconnect the old exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold.
* Use a wrench or socket set to loosen the bolts or nuts that connect the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold.
6. Remove the old exhaust pipe.

10. Connect the exhaust pipe to the muffler.
* Use a wrench to tighten the muffler.
11. Test the exhaust pipe.
* Start your car and listen for any leaks.
