How do you change the fuel filter on a Renault scenic 1.4 petrol?

Tools and materials needed:

- New fuel filter

- Fuel line wrench

- Screwdriver

- Bucket or container for catching fuel

Instructions:

1. Locate the fuel filter. On the Renault Scenic 1.4 petrol, it is located in the engine bay. Follow the fuel line from the fuel tank to the engine and you will find the filter along with it.

2. Disconnect the fuel lines from the filter. Use a fuel line wrench to loosen the nuts that hold the fuel lines in place. Be careful not to spill any fuel.

3. Remove the fuel filter. Once the fuel lines are disconnected, you can remove the fuel filter by unscrewing it from its housing.

4. Install the new fuel filter. Screw the new fuel filter into the housing until it is tight.

5. Reconnect the fuel lines to the filter. Use the fuel line wrench to tighten the nuts that hold the fuel lines in place.

6. Start the engine and check for leaks. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. Check for any leaks around the fuel filter. If you see any leaks, tighten the nuts on the fuel lines until the leak stops.

7. Test drive the car. Take your car for a test drive to make sure that the fuel filter is working properly and there are no issues with the engine.
