Engine oil
- Type: SAE 15W-40 or SAE 10W-30 (synthetic oil is also acceptable)
- Capacity: 4.5 US gallons (17 liters)
Hydraulic oil
- Type: ISO 46 or 56 hydraulic fluid
- Capacity: 16.5 US gallons (62.5 liters)
To fill the engine oil:
1. Locate the engine oil dipstick on the right side of the engine.
2. Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean.
3. Reinsert the dipstick and check the oil level.
4. If the oil level is low, add engine oil through the oil filler cap located on top of the engine block.
To fill the hydraulic oil:
1. Locate the hydraulic oil dipstick/ fill plug on the right side of the backhoe, below the cab.
2. Remove the dipstick/plug.
3. If the oil level is low, add hydraulic oil to the reservoir.
