Where is the oil drain plug on a 2005 Mitsubishi endeavor?

Oil Drain Plug Location

The oil drain plug is located on the bottom of the oil pan. It is typically a 17mm bolt.

To drain the oil, you will need:

* A drain pan

* A funnel

* A wrench

* New oil (check your owner's manual for the correct type and amount)

Instructions:

1. Park your vehicle on a level surface.

2. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.

3. Crawl under the vehicle and locate the oil drain plug.

4. Place the drain pan under the oil drain plug.

5. Use the wrench to loosen the oil drain plug.

6. Allow the oil to drain completely into the drain pan.

7. Once the oil has drained completely, replace the oil drain plug.

8. Tighten the oil drain plug until it is snug.

9. Remove the drain pan.

10. Add new oil to the engine through the oil fill port.

11. Check the oil level using the dipstick.

12. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.

13. Turn off the engine and check the oil level again.

14. If the oil level is correct, you are finished.

Note: Some vehicles may have a plastic oil drain plug. If this is the case, be careful not to over-tighten the plug, as it may crack.
